Like many boys in the village, I started with a wooden knife. A few years later, I progressed to working with a file and a hacksaw. I made do with a piece of sheet metal to make a knife, and I had no idea how to work steel. During this time, a few interesting and truly ugly knives and machetes were created. I don't even know where most of them are anymore. The first grinders, drills, the first piece of stainless steel followed, the first attempts and the first failures. Today, I make solid knives of all possible shapes and for all possible purposes; either according to my own drawings or according to what someone wants. I especially like making knives for chefs, because a chef appreciates a good knife after a full day of work; then knives for hunters or custom-made gifts with a dedication.
